Skookum District is geographically located in Kittitas County and the northern half of Yakima County, in the state of Washington. Skookum District is a part of the Grand Columbia Council, BSA. The Grand Columbia Council brings Scouting to youth throughout the central portion of Washington State.

Skookum District is fortunate to have a dedicated group of volunteers, whose goal is to assist units in providing a high quality program for the youth.
